Then I keep having to look words up. The story is interesting and all I want to do is keep reading, but I keep having to decipher even the small things. I like the way the plot is headed…if only I could get there faster. Though, I suppose understanding what life is throwing at me is the only way to make the most of it. Why can’t we be born with wisdom?

i can’t begin to explain how completely i understand this. there is no way i could have loved my home as i do now if i had never left. sometimes i contemplate why i wandered away, how difficult it was. then i see how i’ve changed in just a few short years and i know.
